When you mention the word middle-aged girl, what kind of picture will come to your mind?

I will think of a woman with an elegant figure, although there are traces of time on her face, her figure is still curvy, well-proportioned, and her mental state is extremely positive.

It is hard to imagine that a middle-aged woman with a bloated figure and a hunchback can be related to a middle-aged girl

When a person is fat, no matter how old she is, she looks like a middle-aged aunt from a distance

‍I used to be almost 150 pounds, with a big frame of 173 cm, and the whole person was terribly fat

‍1. About diet

No longer calculate calories and calories, nor do you eat fat-reducing meals every meal. The end of weight loss is home-cooked meals, using the simplest “211 diet rule”: one meal = 2 punches of vegetables + one punch of staple food + one punch of protein.

Respect your body, follow human nature, and no longer tell yourself what you absolutely cannot eat. I found that the more you restrict yourself, the more you will desire. The reason why I couldn’t lose weight before was because of overeating after extreme diet. Even if it was “unhealthy food”, I would eat a little when I wanted to eat it. With a stable appetite, I would not eat so much, because you know you can eat it at any time, instead of eating this meal and never eating again. Learning to get along with food is also building a good relationship with yourself.

‍Don’t be greedy when cooking daily, and don’t feel it’s a pity to throw away leftovers. Eating them is a burden on the body. Don’t put all the garbage into your body. You are a person, not a trash can.

‍2. About exercise

You can lose weight without exercise. Exercise is the icing on the cake if you have a good diet. I started to lose weight by running. I ran almost every day. After excessive aerobic exercise, I became skinny. I started to pay attention to body shaping after my female friends said I had no buttocks. Now I run 3 times a week. I do strength training at home after running and resting. The tools are very simple, a yoga mat, a set of dumbbells + kettlebells, which improves the flatness and sagging of the buttocks. If you start to exercise, don’t be kidnapped by weight. The body shape is greater than the weight. It is more important to look thin than to stand light.

3. About mentality

Weight loss is not a 100-meter sprint. It is enough to reduce to a number. It is a healthy lifestyle. The key to weight loss and stability is to maintain good habits. Successful weight loss is not to lose 20 pounds in a month? The only sign of successful weight loss is that your condition is getting better and better. Weight and body shape are just the results. You will find that your immunity is enhanced, your sleep is better, your hair and skin are better, your period is regular, and your body is not easily fatigued. This is the real success of weight loss.

4. About sleep

Don’t stay up late! Don’t stay up late! Don’t stay up late! Important things are said three times. Lack of sleep can cause endocrine disorders, insufficient leptin secretion, unstable appetite, and more craving for high-calorie foods. If it is difficult to fall asleep, you can try meditation, and relax your body and mind with simple breathing.
