Cancer doesn’t need to be treated at all? Oncologists remind you that you can survive long term by doing these four things

If you have cancer, do you not need to treat it at all?

Many statements about cancer are too negative, such as cancer cannot be cured at all, so if you have cancer, you don’t need to treat it at all, and cancer will only lead to loss of life and wealth in the end.

As an oncologist, I want to say that such statements are too one-sided. In fact, cancer is far from being so terrible. Some cancers can not only be treated, but also cured.

First, the earlier the cancer is discovered, the better the treatment effect and the longer the survival period

Early cancers such as early lung cancer, early gastric cancer, and early colorectal cancer have very good treatment effects, and these cancers can be completely cured by surgery, and even chemotherapy is not required. How can early cancer be detected in time? That is to have regular anti-cancer physical examinations, because most early cancers have no symptoms.

Second, you must have a good mentality

A bad temper will reduce your immunity and make you more susceptible to cancer. A good temper and mentality can help improve immunity and prevent the recurrence of cancer.

Third, it is important to maintain nutrition. Also, stay away from junk food, and don’t smoke or drink alcohol.

Many people think that they want to starve cancer cells to death, so they don’t eat this or that. As a result, the body’s nutrition cannot keep up, but the immunity is worse. You can eat lean meat, eggs, soy milk, milk and other foods rich in high-quality protein. You should also eat vegetables and fruits. As for pickled, smoked and fried foods, it is best not to eat them.

Fourth, keep a regular schedule and don’t stay up late.

Sleep is very important. Listen to the doctor and go to the hospital for reexamination on time. Many people think that everything will be fine after the cancer is removed. They don’t care about it, are unwilling to change their unhealthy living habits, and are unwilling to see a doctor for regular reexamination. In fact, this is very dangerous. Five years after cancer surgery are critical, because most cancers recur within five years.

If you do the above four points, you don’t have to be afraid even if you have cancer, and you can even survive for a long time. But if you can’t do the above four points, the cancer is already in the late stage when it is discovered, and the outcome can be imagined.

Cancer treatment requires scientific treatment. Many people who have cancer try all kinds of treatments and even believe that some folk remedies can cure the disease. As a result, not only do they not cure the disease, but they also cause the disease.

Also, I want to tell you that no cancer comes suddenly. It often takes a long time for cancer to develop from nothing. Some diseases are the state before cancer comes. In medicine, different diseases have different prognoses, but if you encounter the following six diseases, you must not ignore them, because as time goes by, the risk of their malignant transformation will increase. They are recognized as precancerous lesions.

1. Hepatitis B post-cirrhosis

If cirrhosis is diagnosed, it must be actively treated and not ignored. Hepatitis B, cirrhosis, and liver cancer are the three stages of liver cancer development. If cirrhosis is diagnosed, it is necessary to regularly check alpha-fetoprotein and liver color Doppler ultrasound to detect early liver cancer in time. At the same time, cirrhosis should also be actively treated.

2. Gastric ulcer

Gastric ulcer is a very common stomach disease, but there is a risk of malignant transformation. If gastric ulcer is found, it should not only be treated in time, but also regularly reviewed by gastroscopy to exclude malignant transformation.

3. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

It is a recognized precancerous lesion, especially moderate and moderately high-grade neoplasia, which has a higher risk of transformation into cancer.

4. Adenomatous polyps of the colon

According to the different pathological types, polyps are divided into inflammatory polyps, hyperplastic polyps and adenomatous polyps. Among them, adenomatous polyps have the highest risk of malignant transformation. It is best to remove them in time if they are found.

5. Chronic pancreatitis

People who drink alcohol for a long time and have biliary diseases are more likely to suffer from chronic pancreatitis. If chronic pancreatitis is found, regular treatment and regular review are required, because the risk of transformation to pancreatic cancer is 30-40 times that of normal people.

6. Chronic atrophic gastritis

It is a type of chronic gastritis. Chronic gastritis includes chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis. Among them, chronic atrophic gastritis has a high risk of malignant transformation.
